Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Email us at support@jollycharm.com

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!

If you’d like an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll gladly offer a refund or help you choose an alternative.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
